For Summer 2008 we have a large, newly-renovated family-sized apartment, with four full-sized bedrooms, and a small fifth "childrens" bedroom with bunk-beds. It is fully furnished and is right by the swimming pool - ideal for families with kids who will want to be in the pool all day! It will easily sleep 10 people (assuming two people per bedroom). There are a couple of baby-cots, and some extra fold-away beds if you wanted to accommodate a couple more. The pool is right outside the front door so you can keep an eye on the children easily!

The Buena Vista apartments development in Ibiza is located five minutes drive, or 25 minutes walk, from the town of Santa Eulalia, on a hillside overlooking the town of Santa Eulalia (see below). Buena Vista is a secluded, rural development and potential renters should think of a hire car as an essential item. It is around 15 minutes walk to the nearest shops, bars and restaurants, and 25-30 minutes walk in to the nearest large town (Santa Eulalia).

We have done a little video "walk-through" of the apartment, so that prospective customers can actually see the layout of the apartment, the decor, and generally get more of an idea of what the flat is like.

We want to make sure that people have as much information as we can provide so that they can make a fully informed decision as to whether to rent the place or not.
