Q. Where are our holiday apartments located in Ibiza?

A. Our apartments are located in the "Buena Vista" development located just outside La Siesta village near Santa Eulalia on the eastern coast of Ibiza. La Siesta is on the coast between Santa Eulalia and Cala Llonga. It is around 10 miles from Ibiza town,12 miles from San Antonio, and 15 miles from the airport.

Q. Do you have any other apartments or villas elsewhere in Ibiza?

A. No, we do not have apartments anywhere else in Ibiza other than the ones on this web site in "Buena Vista". We can not arrange accommodation in other resorts for you. We are not a travel agent.

Q. Do I need a car if I stay at your apartments?

A. Yes. The "Buena Vista" development is on a secluded hillside just outside of Santa Eulalia. It is 15 minutes walk in to the nearest village (La Siesta) and 25-30 minutes walk in to Santa Eulalia. A hire car will be necessary and will save a lot of money on taxis.

Q. Do you make any restrictions on the age or sex of who can stay in your apartments?

A. No we don't. But prospective guests should bear in mind the following:

• the Buena Vista development is on a hillside and there are a lot of steps up and down between the apartments and the pool and the roadway, so it is not suitable for wheel-chair users or people who may have a problem with the stairs.
• you really will need a car to get to and from our apartments, and most car hire companies will not hire to anyone under 22 or 23 years of age.
• the area where the apartments are is on the "quiet side" of the island. If you are coming to Ibiza for the partying and the nightclubs, this is probably not the place that you want to stay. A taxi over to San Antonio costs nearly 30 Euros, and to Ibiza Town around 25 Euros. It is more suitable for families rather than clubbers.
